Why Right2Data VDR Was Created
Right2Data Virtual Data Room (VDR) was born out of a growing demand of Indian businesses for an affordable, secure, and user-friendly Virtual Data Room (VDR). The platform was conceptualized and developed by Right2Vote Infotech Private Limited, the same company behind India’s most trusted eVoting platform - Right2Vote. The platform’s development was initiated by IIM alumni in the year 2020. and launched in the market by the end of March 2021, intending to provide an affordable virtual data room for Indian businesses.

Founder, CEONeeraj is a chartered accountant and an MBA from IIM Indore. Neeraj has over 20 years of experience in finance, strategy, and tech leadership. He worked in leadership roles in top Indian companies, including Hiranandani Group, Reliance Industries Limited, and ICICI Bank Ltd. He is the Founder and CEO of Right2Vote Infotech Private Limited, an online voting platform. He founded Right2Vote to revolutionize the voting process in India through secure, mobile-based, STQC-certified eVoting technology. He has successfully grown the platform to serve thousands of institutions nationwide. Expanding on the core vision of digital empowerment, he has introduced Time2Justice- an AI-powered legal advisor. He later introduced Right2Data, a cost-effective and secure Virtual Data Room (VDR) tailored for Indian businesses.
Rohan Randery
Business LeadRohan is an MBA from IIM Indore with 20 years of experience in investing in financial markets, working at large corporations in their early stages, and running his start-ups in the food and e-commerce space. In the corporate sector, he has worked in the retail and FMCG sectors.
